Savoir faire dans la découpe des mousses
All our production is planned, using a model or prototype, by production of made-to-measure tools, developed within the company by an expert team.
For every request, a customised study is carried out, to explain the choice of the best material and to implement operational techniques. The aim is always to define the most economical method of production while taking account of the quality standards required.
Thanks to its in-house design office, SIPLA is able to assume responsibility for the design and graphics of any project. Nothing could be simpler….
For example, production of a particular type of packaging. The customer tells us his requirements or items to be packaged, we design it, send the customer the plans for his approval, we make prototypes to check the sizes if required, then we go ahead with production. Technical designs, models, prototypes, etc. we have as many in-house skills required to turn your project into the product of your choice.

Slicing, cutting, stamping, gluing, piercing, laminating, finishing, … a multitude of requirements provided by a constantly developing machine park:
- A traditional saw cutting unit
- A complete cutting unit able to cut particular qualities of foam in order to obtain sheets with a thickness of 2 mm
- A unit for stamp cutting for products whose production demands special requirements such as retrieval, thickness or rate of output
- A digital cutting unit to obtain large-size products without prior tooling
- A gluing unit
Key rings, helmets, computer mouses can all be printed with a logo, image, design or text giving an additional originality to the object concerned.
Depending on the material used, we can advise on the printing process most suited to your needs in terms of the image to be printed and quantities required.

Silk screen printing with foaming ink
This is only used on polyurethane (foam with open cells) which completely covers the material. A small relief is noticeable on the surface of the material.
Digital four-colour printing
The digital process, which can only be applied to white foams, is recommended for printing very complex logos or images. There are no intermediary steps in this case. The computer file is printed directly in four colours on the base. The final result shows a slightly pixelated visible inlay.

For these three techniques, the files required are EPS, TIFF, JPG, PDF in high definition (300 DPI).
Silk screen printing
This technique is the one most used on materials such as EVA and polyethylene as it gives excellent reproduction of details. Every colour (PMS) is printed one after the other followed by the base colour, whether or not with a basic white layer. EPS files are provided by you while films are taken care of by us.
